Valuable goods suggest that you must buy insurance, loss or damage will be subject to the insurance company's final compensation amount, insurance company claims need to cooperate with the recipient to find the local transport company to get the corresponding lost certificate.
If the insurance is not purchased, our company shall pay compensation according to the following methods: twice of the freight, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed: package RMB800.00/ ticket, document RMB50.00/ ticket fragile goods, please pack them by yourself, otherwise our company will not be responsible for the breakage;
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, compensation shall be subject to the compensation of each express.
Special tip: if there is any damage or loss of the express, the consignee should make a complaint to the destination service provider within 48 hours after the receipt of the express. The destination service provider will provide the Reference Number(claim Number) after receiving the complaint.
The sending agent shall submit a claim to our company based on the Reference Number, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If the goods are damaged, a detailed picture of the damaged goods (including the condition of inner and outer packing as well as the actual situation of the damaged goods) should be provided.
At the same time, the item name, model, quantity, unit price and total price of the lost or damaged express should be listed.
