From the notification of FEDEX in Hong Kong, FEDEX will conduct strict audit on the declaration of goods, and will directly return the goods that are not detailed in the declaration of invoice name and incomplete customs clearance information.

Our company does not check the information of the goods one by one before transferring the goods. If the goods are not declared as required by FEDEX and complete declaration documents are provided, FEDEX will deduct the goods and refuse to transfer. The delay and all costs caused thereby shall be borne by the sender.

1. The requirements for goods invoice declaration are as follows (the invoice shall be in English) :

1, senders must be companies, do not accept senders for personal cargo;

2. Do not accept the sender's name and address in Hong Kong;

3. The name, material and use of the goods must be declared in detail. If the goods are textiles, the invoice should also indicate the percentage of ingredients of the materials, the name and address of the manufacturer;

2. For the following products sent to the United States, the corresponding declaration documents shall be provided in addition with the goods:

1. The goods are PAPER boxes (including GIFT BOX), and PAPER BOX WORKSHEET is provided along with the goods.

2. The goods are electronic products (such as LED, ADAPTER, etc.), and the FCC form required for customs clearance shall be provided as required. One product name shall correspond to one FCC form);

3. The product is PCB, and PCB WORKSHEET will be provided as required;

4. The goods are CABLE, and CABLE WORKSHEET is provided according to the needs of the goods;

5. The products are watches and clocks, and WATCH/CLOCK WORKSHEET is provided as required;

6. The goods are FOOTWEAR and FOOTWEAR FORM will be supplied according to the needs of the goods.

Please be informed and inform each other. If the consignor does not declare the goods name in the invoice in detail and the customs clearance information is not complete, the consignor shall be responsible for the delay of the transfer of goods and all costs and consequences arising therefrom.
